Max has been a music professional for over 30 years, first as a performer and session musician, then as a writer and artist forming his own label,MAP Records, in the mid ’90s.
In 2013, Max decided to put his expertise to use and help others, so he started 1Sonic. Whilst he continues to record and tour as an artist, the studio has amassed an impressive mixing and mastering discography. From mastering work on Mercury nominated ‘Everybody Down’ by Kate Tempest, to arrangements on Lily Allen's grammy nominated,'Alright Still' to the 2014 Victoires de la Musique's Best World Music Album nominee ‘Lovely Difficult' by Mayra Andrade. Max's expertise and professionalism cannot be understated.
